Please allow 2 weeks for your original work to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.
All works are wrapped with care to ensure their safe arrival.
We understand that receiving your parcel is exciting, but resist the urge to open your order immediately. Before opening ensure that the packaging is intact as the ceramic works are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling.

Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art simply for change of mind.
All orders are handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening and also photograph the damaged art inside.

As all my work is hand made, it is not possible to replace broken work with perfectly replicated items. In the case of damage during transit, customers may be offered the chance to re-order works of the same value.
